Ideal for pairing with curated food and beverage offerings - imagine executive brunches or working lunches that complement focused dialogue and decision-making in a classic executive setting.

OBSERVE
A lounge-style meeting space designed for informal gatherings, presentations, and media-driven discussions. Equipped with a large presentation screen when needed, the room supports relaxed conversations, small group sessions, and moments that benefit from a more conversational, flexible layout.

scheduled in advance and subject to approval.

THREE DISTINCT SPACES
A selection of three private meeting rooms, each with its own character, available in scheduled daytime time slots from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The President’s Club operates as a private executive environment during the day, designed for focused, high-level conversations away from the RSAC conference floor.
Meetings are hosted in the Palace Hotel Presidential Suite and are granted by invitation following a brief proposal review. The space is intentionally quiet, discreet, and curated to support meaningful dialogue between founders, CISOs, and senior leadership.
